Il prodotto è indicato per integrare la dieta in Lattoferrina e Lisina nei gatti soggetti a pressione infettiva (come ad esempio nei portatori di Herpes Virus e Calici Virus) al primo manifestarsi della sintomatologia e nei periodi di riacutizzazione della medesima.. La Lattoferrina è una proteina naturale che i mammiferi assumono alla nascita attraverso il colostro e il latte materno ed è fisiologicamente presente in tutti i fluidi organici (lacrime, saliva, bile, urina, sangue, sperma, muco cervicale), là dove cioè è necessario un intervento immediato di difesa aspecifica contro l’ingresso di agenti infettivi dall’esterno.. La Lattoferrina è una componente del latte bovino, dal quale può essere isolata con particolari tecniche di purificazione.. Il prodotto contiene una specifica frazione proteica del latte, particolarmente ricca in Lattoferrina.. Ad essa è associata la Lisina, la cui integrazione nutrizionale in quantità adeguate contribuisce a sostenere e supportare le capacità di reazione degli animali alle difficoltà derivanti da possibili infezioni.. Componenti. 1 ml di Herp apporta:. • Lattoferrina: 60 mg. • Lisina cloridrato: 250 mg (pari a 200 mg di Lisina base).. Modalità d'utilizzo. Per uso orale. Somministrare 1 ml ogni 2 kg di peso del gatto due volte al giorno per i primi 7 giorni e successivamente dimezzare la quantità (1 ml ogni 4 kg di peso del gatto due volte al giorno). A seconda della confezione, utilizzare il contagocce graduato (confezione da 50 ml) o la siringa graduata (confezione da 120 ml) in dotazione o, in alternativa, tenere presente che:. • 1 cucchiaino da caffè corrisponde a 2 ml circa;. • 1 cucchiaino da tè corrisponde a 3 ml circa.. Somministrare la quantità stabilita, possibilmente suddivisa in due momenti diversi della giornata, direttamente in bocca o mescolata a poco cibo gradito.. Herp deve essere somministrato ai primi segnali della sintomatologia e fino a quando questi non sono rientrati.. Nel caso di manifestazioni patologiche croniche, il prodotto deve essere somministrato con continuità o a cicli a giudizio del Medico Veterinario.. Formato. 120 ml
